Terms of Service for Pace Hunter 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or playing Pace Hunter (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game. 2. License to Use the Game Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Thanh Truong grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 3. User Conduct You agree not to use the Game in any way that is: - Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive. - Harassing, abusive, or threatening to others. - Intended to manipulate or exploit bugs, glitches, or mechanics for unfair advantages (cheating). - Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Game. 4. In-App Purchases Pace Hunter is completely free of real-money microtransactions. We do not sell virtual goods or items for real money. Any virtual items are acquired solely through gameplay. 5. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all characters, storylines, graphics, animations, sounds, and source code) are owned by Thanh Truong. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission. 6. Updates and Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time without notice. We may also automatically update the Game on your device. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thanh Truong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game. 9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. 10.
